The Big Band Blitz at York House, Twickenham

It was back to the 1940’s & the era of Glen Miller when Kevin, backed by the Jon Bennett Big Band, performed at The Big Band Blitz (attended by The Mayor of Richmond & dignitaries from the American Embassy in Grosvenor Square) recently. The 1940’s re-enactors & vehicles, the NAAFI, the Air-Raid warning & the 40’s memorabilia /decorations all added to the sense that we’d stepped back in time!
